Customers are responsible for return postal charges. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss of value. 

Shipping costs are not refundable.

In store purchase:

You have 30 days after the purchase date to return or exchange upon presentation of the receipt. Refunds are made with debit or credit card.
