An incredible handcrafted balanced jelly with redcurrant, raspberry and violet "Puits d'Amour" in homage to Antoinette Poisson (Marquise de Pompadour), favorite and beloved of Louis XV. For the little story, he had ordered the tastiest dessert specially for her from his best pastry chef: the “Puits d’Amour”, a cake garnished in the middle with a wonderful jam.
Over the years, the recipe has been lost since today, this cake is filled with custard cream. Confiture Parisienne has rediscovered the secret of this wonderful recipe, never updated since that time. This pastry is then reborn in the form of a unique jam composed of redcurrant, raspberry and violet.

Total sugar content 57%. Prepared with 60g of fruit for 40g of unrefined cane sugar.
Ingredients: redcurrant 34%, raspberry 23%, cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin, natural violet flavor. Possible traces: egg, peanuts, nuts, gluten, sesame and milk
Wonderful on toast, a pancake, a brioche or in a yogurt.
