Maple miso and rice tablet State of Shock

A sweet dark chocolate flavored with maple, to which we've added white miso and a crunchy layer of toasted rice and maple. These ingredients, combined with the maple, bring out the amber hue of the sugar, while the miso rounds out the flavors and gives the bar an umami touch. Surprising, but truly delicious!
