Picholine green olives (FR)
Picholine green olives, water, salt and acidifier, that’s it! They are THE star of a successful aperitif, they are salty as they should be, with firm flesh with a buttery and fruity taste.

Organic hibiscus iced tea (QC)
Short list of simple ingredients: water, cane sugar, lemon juice, black tea, sabdariffa hibiscus, mint. Serve very cold like this or you can imagine it in a cocktail!

A gochujang, fried garlic and sesame sausage (QC)
A sausage that is generous in taste, balanced, with Korean flavors to cut into thin slices to appreciate even more.

Sardines in tomato sauce and olive oil (PT)
Fished and prepared the old-fashioned way and steamed, they will be wonderful on a good bread, whether toasted or not.

An all-purpose serrated knife/for fragile vegetables (FR)
Durable and well designed, it will be your best friend for an aperitif or picnic! Will cut your sausage, your tomatoes (its little teeth won't crush the tomato), bread, cheese, in short it's an essential to have with you!
