Homemade granola 500g:
Gluten-free rolled oats
Whole almonds
Sweetened coconut 
White sesame seeds
Flax seeds 
Sunflower seeds
Bourbon vanilla essence
Cinnamon, salt, honey

You can keep it up to 15 days but it freezes really well!
