Microplane

The Microplane, the favorite tool of Dyan, Olive's chef!

The fine microplane is ideal for zesting citrus fruits, chili peppers, cinnamon, coconut ginger, garlic, onions and hard cheeses. The result will be a fine powder or paste. 

The coarse microplane is ideal for carrots, chocolate, coconut and hard cheeses. The results will be small gratings.
